Assessing the ecommerce and multi-channel opportunity at the UK’s biggest equestrian retailer

Robinsons recognised they had limitations on both their marketing planning and how their ecommerce channel was working. We conducted our HealthCheck across all areas of their business, from their team to their platform which identified:

–    Major limitations in their site infrastructure (Borne out two months later as the platform was withdrawn)

–    11 key growth opportunities that they wanted to immediately address

–    Opportunities for customer planning and relationship building.
