Building a scalable ecommerce infrastructure

Having undertaken a business planning exercise for them we were engaged to assess key parts of their logistics infrastructure and how they could be scaled up:

–    Content management, focussed on processes and capacity at their photography studio

–    Fulfilment from both the Knightsbridge store and at Northampton DC

–    The dedicated and wider ecommerce team, their processes and structure.

Recommendations were presented and formed the basis of management action to enable a trebling of sales within a two-year period.
