Having launched online in 2008, Matalan were convinced that continual growth was possible but they didn’t have the specialist focus to deliver it.
Our solution
We have provided business analysis and project definition resource continuously since mid 2009 to ensure development projects are delivered. The projects have varied from implementing merchandising and analytics software to improving the checkout process.
Results
YOY growth of site conversion and resultant sales has been continual. Matalan online has been their biggest store for some time and this year revenues are projected to be 10 times the first full year.
