Having seen reached a certain scale Hobbycraft understand that there is more opportunity online.  They also had infrastructure capacity issues.

Our solution

Firstly we undertook our online Health Check at a management level for an ecommerce strategy day. We also project managed a change in their logistics solution.

Implementation of new logistics solution August 2011, with further developments planned.
