Harvey Nichols is an iconic UK fashion retailer with great plans for online growth.
The problem and opportunity
Having seen online growth potential they didn’t have an website infrastructure capable of supporting it.
Our solution
Firstly we developed a five year business plan model and presented it to the board. We then undertook a health check of the current infrastructure and provided recommendations in areas such as content production, fulfilment and management.
Results
Having moved to a new platform in October 2010 they are implementing operational changes to facilitate the growth we outlined.
